Report or formal letter?

English Paper 1.
At first wrote report format then realised should be formal letter format so changed to formal letter. Think should be formal letter as it stated 'in the form of a letter'.

Chose question 2.

English Paper 2.
Was quite okay.

English.
Do oral.

Oral on 4 June. Tio Mrs Guna. Angelina & Kezia tio Mdm Lim. Eunice tio Mr Shafee.

Thanks Angelina & Kezia for teaching me abit about mole, now understand abit more.

Chemistry.
Cindy told me that Mrs Guna said is formal letter.

Was very confuse when she go through mole-related question. Just don't get it!
